The Incredible Life

Posted by on 23rd, 2009 Have you always thought that there was no such thing as an Incredible life? I certainly did. See, I wasn’t born with a silver spoon in my mouth and like you, I always thought about how awesome it would be to have my dreams come to life as I watched Aladdin’s wishes come true by just rubbing his old lamp releasing a djinni that granted his wishes. I was so amazed and everyday I would imagine how incredible it would be to have my very own djinni to grant all my wishes. As I grew up I started looking for ways to live the life I had always wanted. I had made a decision to gather all the knowledge that I could find about life.
I have read and continue to read hundreds of books that help me grow into an incredible person that I think I can be. It is not an accident that you exist in this universe and your life is just as important as any billionaire, doctor, actor and president. I believe that everyone has a purpose in life and realising that potential is the reason we exist. Every single person is great in their own unique way and if we take the time to realize that, we trully can start to live an incredible life in all areas: health, wealth, abundance of love and relationships. It all starts with a choice to be more and to want more in life.
There is no one in this lifetime who can do what you can do and there will never be anyone else like you. We all have something holding us back from reaching our full potential and it is true that we are our own worst enemy. Everything starts in the mind and if you don’t believe that just take a look around at all the beautiful creations of the human mind. It is trully magnificent and if all that is there now is possible, it makes you wonder what else can be possible. Some things like the Internet that many people thought was just a fad has outlasted all the doubters and become the way to the future. Think about it, before cars people walked on foot and before the light bulb there was oil lamps. It is therefore true that thoughts are key to creating an incredible life.
Most people have limiting thoughts of fear, doubt and worry. They spend most of their life thinking and expecting the opposite of what they trully want from life and as a result it is no surprise that most peoples’ dreams have not been fulfilled. When people don’t get what they want they develop negative emotions like anger, despair, hopelessness and unworthiness. One thing that people don’t understand is that life has a law and this law is responsible for everything. It has been given many names like: The Secret, Law of Attraction, God etc. The fact still remains that the way it works is still and has been the same since the beginning. For every action there is considered a reaction and it is true that you reap what you soar. By allowing your mind to focus on limiting thoughts you push away all the good things that you could have and instead live a miserable life, walking around mad as hell at the world. All it takes is just a change in your thoughts and you begin to experience a totally incredible life.
Here are a few helpful tips that can help start to create an incredible life:
1. Develop your goals. You cannot start a journey that leads to nowhereland because any road can take you there anyways and thus it is important to have a destination before you even think about getting on the road. Goals give your life meaning and help you to have something to look forward to thus filling your life with excitement and fun. Have your SMART goals written down display them everywhere for constant reminder.
2. Plan. Now that you have your goals, it is time to plan for the most exciting journey of your life. I find it helpful to think about your dream life and list everything that makes up that dream e.g. beach house, dream car, financial security. With that list you can now organize it in order of priority from most important to least important. List the steps required in order to execute your plan and break them down into small tasks that you can act on everyday.
3. Act now. The key to achieving the life of your dreams is taking consistent action without procrastination. It takes courage to take bold actions despite all the negative forces standing infront of you. All it takes is faith and a single step forward and that is the key to an incredible life. This is the most important part of all and it is where most people screw up because they don’t believe they can and thus never take action to bring that car or the house or that relationship into their life. The key is to believe in yourself and remember that life is just a game so just be a sport and play. The best thing about all of this is to have fun.
