I’m working on starting a life coaching business and would like some feedback?

I am getting lesson plans etc together and would like your input on what topics you think I should address. For instance what things in your life would you like to change or make better?

Well, if your life is so wonderful and you want to be a life coach, shouldn’t you already know the answer to this?

It’s obvious you don’t, so I would not recommend getting into the Life Coach Business.

does the leadership style vary as the life cycle of a certain business goes by?

if you are a manager, how would you guide your employees through the ups and downs of your firm? how will you facilitate your employees while your business pass through its life cycle?

Manager knows how to do a thing right (as he is mostly told). Being a leader, you know what is right to do. Ups and Downs with respect to what?

Is the worsening situation because of something the whole world is going through (beyond your business reach) or your business policy has to do something?

What is it really the needs fixing. Attitude, Financial aspects or something else. In most of the cases, the problem can be resolved by setting an example of yourself. Showing that you are with all others and you are a team. If they don’t get, you don’t get too.

But if it is like that they get sacrifice and you get reward, you are not gonna get an inch into their hearts. And i tell you, it is what leadership takes.

What is The business life cycle and challenge taht each stage have?

there are 4 stages within a business cycle

Establishment stage, Growth Stage, Maturity and Post Maturity

The challenge that Arsie at each stage is ;

Establishment stage

During this stage the person must have an amount of capital ready to establish the business setup. Mponey should be spent on buiyng stocks, buying a premiseses….
The disadvanatage of the the establishment stage is that the business is experiencing a slolw growth of sales. Also, young business have difficulty in attracting staff with the right skill + training. Also, straff are often not atract to smaller business if they have higher company to try and get into.

Growth Stage

Growth stage moves through a period of rapid sales. There is also customer awareness of the business. They are also more known of what product tney got to offer the consumers . The challenge is to take the opportunity to try and expand the business if possible

Maturity stage

Maturtiy stage is when the business moust motivate their staff into continuing and doing a good job for the business in order for them to be succefull.

Post Maturity
Chalenges for post maturity stage is shifting into a new or related marker where they have an opprtyninty to expand their business and have higher growth opportunity.
