I’m going to the dentist in about a week and am really nervous bc I hate dentists so I just want to hear some funny stories of things that have happened when you went to the dentist (like this lady I work with told me she accidently kicked the dentist before.. lol). I just want to think of funny things and not drills and stuff when I go in… thanks!!
One time i went in for a cleaning and the place I go to has two dentist , well i was in the room and the nurse came and put all the crap on me and i was waiting for the dentist to come in, and then one of them walked in and they weren’t mine it was the other one. SO he walked in and he thought I was a girl (cause on the sheet his patient was a girl) and I’m a guy with short hair so i was like excuse me hes like I like what you did with your hair, i’m like ummmm thank you…hes like how many inches did you cut off…..I was like ummmm none. He’s like wasn’t up to you shoulders…I was like i think you have the wrong person, and he was like is this Shelby i’m like NO, and hes like oops…LOL that was very strange I couldn’t stop laughing!
Don’t worry! You’ll be fine,the dentist is actually a fun place to go, you get your teeth fixed and they are usually very nice….lol I hate it when they have like all these tools in your mouth and then they try to talk to you and your try and mmummble back…lol it’s funny. I have been a nurse for a long time, ER, dialysis and surgical. Today I had a very rough shift and need to hear your funny stories to revive me. It helps all of us when we feel burned out.
Ya, I hear ya…U need laughter. It keeps u balanced. I have a little
story of what happened the other day. My sister kept passing out
for no apparent reason . At the ER, she would talk and then pass
out, cold! hha I couldn’t believe it….So she kept doing this, I got
the nurse, and told her I was worried, could she please check on
my sis. Out cold. The nurse pinched her chest so hard it woke
her up dazed and confused. I was laughing …cause I had NEVER
seen a nurse do that, just pinch someone really hard and hold it!
It was very comical. So, she was a really good nurse tho!! I’ll
always remember her teqnique !!! LOL LOL

Funny stories of when kids get loose in the house?

The other day, I was taking a nap after preparing dinner and Thomas got into the fruit salad (I still don’t know how) and there were strawberries all over the house. I couldn’t get mad at him because he looked so cute
any funny stories?
When my oldest son was 3 he loved to get into my bathroom closet and take wrappers off of everything. From bars of soap to feminine products. He also loved to paint his baby brother’s face with Desiten ointment and A & D ointment. The baby looked like a wax doll laying in his cradle. When I asked my 3 year old why he did that. He said he wanted to make his baby brother pretty.
