Fat Free Body 3

Posted by admin on 4th, 2009

A food group you never knew may not be good for you. http://www.facelessfatloss.com We have to re-learn how to eat in America. Look at most Japanese and Europeans. I am not suggesting they ALL look fantastic, but I am suggesting there is a difference in diet that may account for a substantial portion of the weight and fat contents of our bodies.

Say “No!” to aerobics/cardio workouts that last an hour each day. It’s not about eating whatever you want and going to a gym to kill yourself for an hour or more each day to compensate. One abuse plus another abuse does not equal a healthy balance. I do less than 20 minutes of cardio a WEEK.

***A WEEK***.

See how many other notions about fat loss can make the same claim.

I came to my fat loss solution in large part due to NEEDING to get healthy; life and death type stuff. I had absolutely no choice in the matter. If you’ve ever been close to death, you know exactly how drastically it changes you. It is paradigm-shifting, and I was fortunate enough to come out the other side with great abs in the process…;-D

Love life, appreciate and love everyone and everything around you, it is ALL precious. Let those around you know that you care.

Thanks for watching.

Tim

P.S. PLEEEZE forgive my incessant “Uh, Ah, and UM-ing.” I am not a professional speaker by any means as I make more than obvious, and I’m working on eliminating that “Uh-Ah-Um” tic of mine. Goodness, ain’t it aweful?!? ;-) ….I’m workin on it……………..(Thanks for tolerating it) :D

Horizon looks at how to stay healthy, active and live long (Living to 101). A scientific review on the logevity hotspots of the planet. Genes vs. attitude, what defines health and ultimately a long life (Part 3 of 5).

Ovodda, Sardinia (continued), a longevity hotspot that is not a result of diet. A faulty gene on the X-chromosome that produces an Enzyme (G6PD), results in an increased resistance to diseases such as malaria, but its role in longevity is still poorly understood.

Loma Linda, California. Longevity in California partly due to exercise, nutrition and belief. Evidence in e.g. Adventists reveals lower levels of stressors. Coping with stress is the one only factor linking the worlds longest living communities together.

Okinawa, Japan. Stress resistant personalities are an integral part of this society and their culture.

Okinawa, Japan (continued). Stress resistant personalities & finding a purpose to the day helps promote a healthier, longer life.

Glasgow, Scotland. Shows a makedly reduced life expectancy that is not explained by the classical risk factors.

Crowded living conditions during the industrial period caused increased levels of infections, leading the population to develop hightened immune defences (inflammatory response). This helped the population survive infections, but later in life is responsible for hightened inflammatory related diseases.

The delicate relationships of communities with their environment both in the past and the present play an integral role in the health and life expectancy of their populations.

Example of Okinawans now living in Hawaii, who are at higher risk of developing age related diseases, due to having adopted lifestyles unsuited to their evolved genetic traits. This trend is even filtering back into the heart of Okinawan society, endangering its status of longevity and the younger population itself.

Long-lived societies wordwide reveal a fine balance between cultural habits, lifestyle and carefully evolved genetic trends that are meant to help them cope with their environment. Current global cultural homogenisation is putting this fine balance at risk.
